Mayo Sports Partnership in Partnership with Achill Outdoor, Surf Mayo and HER Moves are delighted to launch our Teen Girls Surfing Programme as part of the #HERMoves campaign.

If you are a teen girl in Mayo and would like to give Surfing a go, try something new and fun then this is for you .

Teen Girls 6 Week Surfing - Carrowinskey Beach

Where – Carrowinskey Beach, Louisburgh, Mayo

Starting: April 30th for 6 weeks

Intro To Gym For Teenage Girls

These gym sessions are a fun, non competitive way for teen girls to keep fit, make friends and learn new skills. This teen fitness class aims to introduce young people to the gym environment and build up their confidence in using the equipment in the gym.
