Karate Ireland are excited to announce a new #HerMoves Project called Teens in Karate!
The 10-week programme starts on 20/04 in Mayo and on the 25/04 in Tyrone.

These gym sessions are a fun, non competitive way for teen girls to keep fit, make friends and learn new skills. This teen fitness class aims to introduce young people to the gym environment and build up their confidence in using the equipment in the gym.

Gym Moves Monaghan programme is aimed at inactive teenage girls to become more competent in the gym setting. The 6-week programme will show girls correct techniques to perform when working out and will provide girls with knowledge and experience that will increase their confidence when on the gym floor.
